Shrimp Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined.
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1/4 cup butter, softened.
04 - 8 slices Italian bread.
05 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil.

Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and minced garlic, cooking until the shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, combine softened butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
03 - Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of Italian bread.
04 - Place a layer of shrimp and shredded mozzarella cheese between two slices of bread, ensuring the buttered sides face outwards.
05 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grill each sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once during cooking.

Notes:

01 - For a crispier texture, press down gently on the sandwiches while grilling.
