Cheddar Cheese Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders.
02 - 1 cup (100 g) cheddar cheese, shredded.
03 - 1 cup (120 g) bread crumbs.
04 - 2 eggs.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated.
03 - In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and bread crumbs to make the coating mixture.
04 - Roll each egg-coated chicken tender in the cheddar and bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the coating sticks well.
05 - Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, you can add some garlic powder or paprika to the bread crumb mixture.
