Cheddar Chicken (Print Version)
Ingredients:

½ cup Breadcrumbs.

6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, all roughly the same size.

1 tbsp. Milk.
04 -
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded.

¼ cup Butter, divided.

2 Large eggs.
07 -
1 tsp. Garlic powder.
08 -
1 cup Flour.
09 -
1 tsp. Salt.
10 -
1 cup Corn flakes, crushed into crumbs.

1 tsp. Black pepper.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and use it to grease a 9×13 casserole dish.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs well.

In a separate shallow bowl or plate, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, flour, corn flakes, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Dip the chicken into the egg mixture first, and then coat in the crumb mixture.

Place the coated chicken into the prepared casserole dish and top with pieces of the remaining butter.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
