Cheddar Chicken (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup Breadcrumbs.
02 - 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, all roughly the same size.
03 - 1 tbsp. Milk.
04 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - ¼ cup Butter, divided.
06 - 2 Large eggs.
07 - 1 tsp. Garlic powder.
08 - 1 cup Flour.
09 - 1 tsp. Salt.
10 - 1 cup Corn flakes, crushed into crumbs.
11 - 1 tsp. Black pepper.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
02 - Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and use it to grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs well.
04 - In a separate shallow bowl or plate, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, flour, corn flakes, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
05 - Dip the chicken into the egg mixture first, and then coat in the crumb mixture.
06 - Place the coated chicken into the prepared casserole dish and top with pieces of the remaining butter.
07 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
