Fall Dessert (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips.
02 - 1 green apple.
03 - 35 individually wrapped caramels (or 13.5 oz caramel dip).
04 - 16 oz bag of pretzels.

Instructions:

01 - Melt 1 ¾ cups of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
02 - Pour the melted chocolate onto parchment paper, spreading it into a rectangular shape with a rubber spatula.
03 - Layer pretzels over the chocolate until completely covered.
04 - Dice the green apple and pat with a paper towel to remove excess moisture to prevent the caramel from becoming runny.
05 - Unwrap the caramels and microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until fully melted. Mix in the diced apple, then spread this caramel-apple mixture over the pretzels.
06 - Place the bark in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
07 - Remove from the fridge, melt the remaining chocolate, and drizzle over the top.
08 - Return to the fridge for an hour, then cut the bark into bite-sized pieces.
09 - Keep the bark refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes:

01 - This Caramel Apple Bark is a fun, easy treat combining milk chocolate, caramel, and crunchy pretzels with a hint of fresh apple.
02 - Ideal for fall gatherings or as a simple dessert, this bark can be stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
03 - For best results, keep refrigerated to maintain the caramel's consistency and prevent the chocolate from melting.
