Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 (10.5 oz) bag marshmallows.
02 - ¼ cup coconut oil.
03 - 4-5 cups gluten-free rice krispie cereal.
04 - ½ cup candy corns (extra for topping).
05 - ¼ cup sprinkles (extra for topping).

Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
02 - In a large pan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil and marshmallows, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
03 - Once the mixture is almost completely melted, add in 4-5 cups of rice krispie cereal, depending on how gooey you like your treats.
04 - Stir in the candy corns and sprinkles until evenly mixed.
05 - Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Lightly press additional candy corns and sprinkles on top for decoration.
06 - Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
