Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 (10.5 oz) bag marshmallows.

¼ cup coconut oil.

4-5 cups gluten-free rice krispie cereal.

½ cup candy corns (extra for topping).

¼ cup sprinkles (extra for topping).
Instructions:

Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.

In a large pan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil and marshmallows, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

Once the mixture is almost completely melted, add in 4-5 cups of rice krispie cereal, depending on how gooey you like your treats.

Stir in the candy corns and sprinkles until evenly mixed.

Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Lightly press additional candy corns and sprinkles on top for decoration.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
