Cabbage Fat Burning Soup (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 carrots, chopped.
02 - 1 onion, chopped.
03 - 1 can crushed tomatoes (16 oz), undrained.
04 - ½ head cabbage, chopped.
05 - 1 package dry onion soup mix.
06 - 1 cup fresh green beans, halved.
07 - 3 cups tomato juice.
08 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
09 - 1 celery stalk, chopped.
10 - 1 can beef broth (14 oz).

Instructions:

01 - Combine carrots, onion, crushed tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers and celery in large pot.
02 - Add onion soup mix, tomato juice and beef broth.
03 - Mix everything well.
04 - Simmer for about 2 hours until vegetables are tender.
