Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced.

1 tsp olive oil.

1 pizza dough (homemade, defrosted in the refrigerator overnight).

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided.

1/4 cup ranch dressing.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken with 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce. Add more sauce if you prefer extra heat.

Stir in the ranch dressing and the remaining buffalo wing sauce. Mix until well combined.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle.

Evenly spread the buffalo ranch mixture over the rolled-out dough.

Layer the dough with the seasoned chicken, followed by the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Make sure to seal both ends to prevent any leakage during baking.

Place the rolled dough, seam-side down, on a prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.

Let the Buffalo Chicken Bread rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:

For added flavor, brush the top of the dough with melted butter before baking and sprinkle with garlic powder or dried herbs.

Serve the bread with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
