Game Day Food (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced.
02 - 1 tsp olive oil.
03 - 1 pizza dough (homemade, defrosted in the refrigerator overnight).
04 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided.
07 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken with 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce. Add more sauce if you prefer extra heat.
03 - Stir in the ranch dressing and the remaining buffalo wing sauce. Mix until well combined.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
05 - Evenly spread the buffalo ranch mixture over the rolled-out dough.
06 - Layer the dough with the seasoned chicken, followed by the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
07 - Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Make sure to seal both ends to prevent any leakage during baking.
08 - Place the rolled dough, seam-side down, on a prepared baking sheet.
09 - Bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
10 - Let the Buffalo Chicken Bread rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

01 - For added flavor, brush the top of the dough with melted butter before baking and sprinkle with garlic powder or dried herbs.
02 - Serve the bread with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
