Broccoli Rice Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups water.
02 - 2 cups uncooked rice.
03 - 1 -10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup.
04 - 1 -10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup.
05 - 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded.
06 - ¼ cup butter.
07 - 1 cup of milk.
08 - 1 small white onion.
09 - 16 ounces broccoli pieces.
10 - 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the rice according to the directions.
02 - In a 9x13 baking pan, combine the rice and chicken, then add the soups, butter, broccoli, and onion. Stir together with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
03 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. During the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and allow it to melt.
04 - Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
05 - Serve with a dinner salad or breadsticks. Serve hot and enjoy!.
