Broccoli Rice Casserole (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2 cups water.

2 cups uncooked rice.

1 -10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup.

1 -10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup.

2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded.

¼ cup butter.

1 cup of milk.
08 -
1 small white onion.
09 -
16 ounces broccoli pieces.

2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the rice according to the directions.

In a 9x13 baking pan, combine the rice and chicken, then add the soups, butter, broccoli, and onion. Stir together with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. During the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and allow it to melt.

Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with a dinner salad or breadsticks. Serve hot and enjoy!.
