                Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the rice according to the directions.

                In a 9x13 baking pan, combine the rice and chicken, then add the soups, butter, broccoli, and onion. Stir together with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

                Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. During the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and allow it to melt.

                Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
