Breakfast Totchos (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 pound bag tater tots, cooked.
02 - 5 large eggs, scrambled.
03 - 1 pound ground breakfast sausage, cooked.
04 - 1 cup Colby Jack cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup crushed bacon.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your broiler to high. Ensure that the tater tots, scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage are all prepared and ready to go.
02 - Spread the cooked tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet. It's okay if they overlap slightly, but avoid piling them too high.
03 - Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the layer of tater tots.
04 - Sprinkle the cooked breakfast sausage over the eggs, followed by the Colby Jack cheese and crushed bacon.
05 - Place the baking sheet under the broiler and broil on high for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings if desired.
