Beef Stir-Fry With Fried Rice (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced.

2 cups cooked rice.

2 eggs, beaten.

2 bell peppers, sliced.

1 onion, sliced.

2 tbsp soy sauce.

1 tbsp oyster sauce.

1 tsp sesame oil.

1 clove garlic, minced.

2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instructions:

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and onion, stirring until they soften.

Add the beef slices and cook until they are browned and seared.

Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.

In a separate skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil and scramble the beaten eggs.
