Beef Stir-Fry With Fried Rice (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced.
02 - 2 cups cooked rice.
03 - 2 eggs, beaten.
04 - 2 bell peppers, sliced.
05 - 1 onion, sliced.
06 - 2 tbsp soy sauce.
07 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
08 - 1 tsp sesame oil.
09 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
10 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

Instructions:

01 - Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
02 - Add the minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and onion, stirring until they soften.
03 - Add the beef slices and cook until they are browned and seared.
04 - Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
05 - In a separate skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil and scramble the beaten eggs.
06 - Add the cooked rice to the eggs along with the sesame oil, stirring and frying until the rice is heated through.
07 - Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry over the fried rice on plates.
