Baked Cabbage Steaks (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 head of cabbage.
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks and arrange them on a baking sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
04 - Brush the olive oil mixture onto both sides of each cabbage steak.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cabbage is golden and tender.
