Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt.
04 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 8 strips of bacon.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Slice each chicken breast into 4 long, thin strips.
03 - In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken strips in the mixture until well-coated.
04 - Wrap each chicken strip with a bacon strip and place in a baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar mixture over the chicken.
06 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
