Apple Crisp Pizza (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - One 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought).
02 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
05 - 4 cups of peeled and diced apples (Gala, Fuji, Braeburn, or Empire).
06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for the Topping).
07 - 1/3 cup densely packed brown sugar (for the Topping).
08 - 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (for the Topping).
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for the Topping).
10 - 1/4 cup salted butter, softened (for the Topping).
11 - 1/2 cup premium caramel sauce (for the Drizzle).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Spread the pie crust on a 12-inch pizza pan, folding the edges to create a slight rim.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add diced apples and toss to coat. Arrange apples evenly over the crust.
04 - For the topping, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and butter in a separate bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
05 - Bake for 35-40 minutes until apples are soft.
06 - Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
