Alfredo Wings (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 20-25 chicken wings.
02 - 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt.
03 - 1/2 tsp Lawry's garlic salt.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp pepper.
07 - 1 tsp paprika.
08 - 1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder.
09 - 2 Tbsp butter.
10 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
11 - 2 tsp salt.
12 - 1 tsp pepper.
13 - 2 tsp onion powder.
14 - 3 tsp garlic powder.
15 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Clean the chicken wings in salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
03 - Season the chicken with Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder.
04 - Place the seasoned chicken wings on a cooling rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings. Bake for another 20 minutes, flip again, and cook for an additional 15 minutes until crispy.
05 - To make the Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
06 - Slowly whisk in the heavy whipping cream. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Let it come to a light boil.
07 - Turn the heat down low and simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
08 - Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
09 - Toss the baked chicken wings in the Alfredo sauce and serve hot.
