Air Fryer Salmon Bites With Hot Honey (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional).
09 - 1/4 cup honey.
10 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste).
11 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let the salmon marinate for at least 10 minutes.
02 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, hot sauce, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed and slightly warm. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. Air fry the salmon bites for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
04 - Transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate and drizzle with the hot honey sauce. Serve immediately with extra hot honey on the side for dipping.

Notes:

01 - These air fryer salmon bites are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a sweet and spicy hot honey drizzle.
02 - For a milder flavor, reduce the hot sauce in the honey, or use a milder hot sauce variety.
