Cheese Dip (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese.
08 - 1 (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped.
09 - 2 green onions, sliced.
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
12 - Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish.
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Asiago cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
03 - Stir in chopped roasted red peppers, green onions, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
06 - Remove from oven and garnish with crushed red pepper flakes and chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread slices.
